⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dental Implant Treatments
You will find out that we have a friendly and enthusiastic team of nurses, dentists and specialists to be on hand to help you with any dental concerns or needs.
With over 50 five star reviews on Google, you can be sure to trust us, along with our other patients in the treatment, service and dental care provided here at Pembroke Dental.
Many Practices will place implants for you but few have a Specialist to do so, this gives you the widest range of options for the most comfortable, cost effective and quality results tailored to your individual needs.
We only use either Nobel Biocare, Ankylos or Straumann implant systems — the world leaders in this industry. No cheaper copycat systems used here to bring down the cost of treatment. These systems are prone to failure, so we can’t in good conscience endorse or supply them.
A single dental implant can be used to replace a single missing tooth, this can save the adjacent teeth and help stabilise bone loss.
If we need to replace multiple missing teeth you won’t necessarily need an implant each tooth as we can create a dental implant bridge. This is often the most cost-effective way to replace multiple missing teeth.
If you have all of your missing teeth then we can either create a fixed bridge or denture. We can even stabilise existing loose wobbly dentures with dental implants.
No need to smile with your hand over your mouth. Look great and feel great in photographs.
Dental implants support the bone and gums stopping them collapsing and causing wrinkles around your mouth
Eat what you want, when you want without having to worry about what’s on the menu or finishing last.
Dental implants look and function just like natural teeth.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dental Implant Treatments
Yes — patients can have one tooth or a number of teeth replaced with dental implants.
Implants are extremely long-lasting, but in order to ensure their longevity, you will have to treat them and look after them well. We recommend you schedule regular visits to Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, but as long as you brush and floss your teeth regularly, you can expect your dental implants to last for up to 25 years.
This can vary from patient to patient, but your local dentist will give you a rough idea when treatment beings. You should know that teeth are usually fitted a few months after the implants are put in to give the implant time to mould to your bone.
Dental implants are usually done using a simple anaesthetic, and placing a dental implant is often easier than extracting a tooth. At the time the implant is inserted, you won’t feel any pain. However, when the anaesthetic wears off, you might feel some discomfort for up to a week post-surgery. Any discomfort can be managed with over-the-counter pain relief such as paracetamol.
