The following rules are applicable to all competitions, promotions and offers conducted by or on behalf of Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. From time to time these rules may be amended and will be deemed incorporated in each promotion or competition except when any promotion specifically indicates otherwise.
- Participants must provide all details as specified, answering all questions and fulfilling all other requirements.
- Only one entry/promotional undertaking per person is permitted.
- Proof of sending post/email or any form of submission is not proof of our receipt of your entry/taking part. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged.
- Should it be necessary for a closing date to be extended, which Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 may do with their absolute discretion, at the first reasonable chance there will be an announcement of any such extension.
- The closing date is as specified on each specific promotion.
- If the promotion is a competition, the winner will be chosen in accordance with the competition instructions.
- Winners will be formally notified within 28 days of closing date.
- Only the winners will be contacted personally.
- The stated prize may not be transferred to any other person.
- Full details of the prize/promotion will be given in writing upon request.
- No cash alternative to a promotion or alternative prize is available.
- The ‘patient referral’ scheme entitles the referrer to a €20 credit for treatment at Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, D4. The credit is only awarded when a new patient is referred in with a completed referral card and can only be redeemed on an appointment with the dentist. It will not be valid for a hygienist appointment.
- If a clinical treatment (or X-rays) are part of any promotion or competition, they will only be offered if clinically necessary or suitable and if not there will be no alternative offered.
- Competition winners may be requested to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
- We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
- Entering implies acceptance of these rules and agreement to be bound by them.

- Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, D4 will not pass your personal details to any other organisation.
- Competition winners will be selected at random by Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
- Prizes should be claimed within 6 months of the competition’s closing date. If a prize is not claimed within this time period, Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, D4 reserve the right to withhold the prize.
- Employees of Pembroke Dental Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 and any company associated with any specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
